Young people have long been neglected in the holiday industry as it’s well known that most of them are students who entirely depend on their parents to provide them with money to finance almost everything they need. But even if they are not the richest people on this earth, students still look for places where they can have fun and forget about that horrible academic year.
1. What Do Young People Expect from Their Holidays?
Young people generally look for a place where they can feel completely free to do whatever they like without having an adult trying to give them a lecture. They look for a place where they can stay with all their crew and have as much fun as possible, drinking, dancing and so on. All these things won’t probably be possible in a hotel because if they are too noisy some people might go and complain to the manager of the hotel. As for youth hostels, they are generally cheaper but the problem is that you’ll have to bring most of your belongings with you as someone might steal them.
2. A Cost-Effective Accommodation
During their holidays young people try to find an accommodation that is affordable and where they will have as much freedom as possible. That’s why most students who plan group holidays prefer to book a holiday cottage as they can club together to pay for it and the larger the group is the better. In addition, holiday cottages are very flexible as some members of the group can sleep in the living-room; and generally if you want to sleep in a room you have to pay more money than the others. So this is probably the best holiday accommodation for young people especially students as it’s cost-effective and also very flexible.

3. Let’s Get the Party Started
The advantages for young people to rent a cottage are that they can party all night long, spend time with their lovers without having their parents around, for the single ones they can go clubbing and bring girls in their cottage without any problem. This doesn’t happen only in movies you can make it happen as holiday cottages are really affordable and you just have to book in advance.

This accommodation solution mainly attract students who want to go and spend their holidays in some other European countries such as France, but if your budget is too small and you can’t afford renting a cottage abroad then you can rent one in the UK. In addition, there are too much rip-offs during summer holidays, for instance if you try to book a cottage online you may see some very attractive pictures in the website but once you’ll be there the reality can be totally different, that’s why it’s probably better to spend your holidays in the UK if you want to spend them in a holiday cottage.
4. Your Holiday Cottage In the UK
You can have some lovely holiday cottages up and down the UK, but during summer holidays you’ll probably love to bathe in the sun and organise some barbecues so you can rent a cottage in the south, for instance you can book a Dartmouth cottage to enjoy a vibrant city life as well as the countryside.
